Why this reads more like a field guide than a shelfie.

I came to skincare sideways, through plants. Most of what gets sold as "natural" is a marketing gesture with a botanical drawn on the label, so on Naturally Beautiful Days I test the actual claim: the plant, the extract, the dose, and the evidence such as it is.

No miracle serums here. Just careful, cited notes on what a leaf, a seed, or a pressed flower can and cannot do, written down honestly.
